The Hololive birthdays are not at all on the same day as the streamer's birthday). Some shit happened and Haachama went on a hiatus and could not make it to matsuri's birthday but still went to another Holo's birthday not long after (can't really remember who's). Matsuri called Haachama out publicly on Twitter and managers had to step in to delete Tweets and make her do an official apology. Obviously this caused division in the community and a lot of people dropped her, or sided with her.
As for Luna, they used to be really close but Matsuri is kind of a high maintenance person and Luna eventually drifted away from her. They stopped interacting together both on stream and of-stream (according to Matsuri). This also led to Matsuri again calling out Luna publicly for not talking to her anymore. Matsuri is a menhera, and her being popular on the internet is clearly not helping her case. there are more incidents like her "molesting" nene by putting her hand on her butt and making her uncofortable, etc.
