Reimu just wanted to be in Nijisanji and doesn't really care to do much else or use any of her talents to grow herself or NijiEN (last I checked she even gatekeeps her karaoke behind membership, so that's one of her talents out).
Enna and Millie are a package deal that didn't really bring anything new, sure, they can sing well and Millie had some creative streams, but in the long run neither really did anything too standout and, if anything, gave the first impression that they would just be coomer and yuribait.
Nina was a breath of fresh air many aspects but even then she really didn't do much that would attract a broader audience (especially as a vtuber) and nowadays she's pretty much just sucking the boys off.
