Haachama cares very much about what her mother and sister think of her and her content to a certain degree, her sister is as chuu2 as Chama is.
Its just that haachama doesn't think of the consequences unless someone presents them to her in a way that'll get through to her head, which is why she doesn't do risky stuff on others' channels... "you can't do a lewd review on this holo's channel unless you properly censor the pictures because if this holo got banned or striked or whatever, it'll be YOUR fault" and we all know how haachama deals with guilt like this.
Her parents got divorced when she was a grade schooler so she cares very very much about her mom and sister, I'm fairly certain she's remarried now but I don't know what's the status about her dad
