There's nothing vtubers can do to accurately simulate a real one, it's all smoke and mirrors and putting people's imagination to work.

If anyone is worried about "landing a gf", engaging with any kind of anime-like content is the opposite of what they should be doing, GFE or not. You're left with people too scared, resigned or that simply don't want a gf, or just don't see the actress as as actual GF and just enjoys the content.
