Small timers have been shilling themselves anonymously on the /trash/ thread for a while but it was still relatively hidden from the general eye and a good way to gain followers without directly shilling in the public eye and seeming like a sellout. With a whole board now, however, and the temptation of "free advertisement" for retards like Hero, you have whole threads disguising themselves as advertisements for their channel all with the convienient excuse of "well it couldn't be me, it must have just been one of my fans!"
An inevitable side effect of a board like this, but still a cancerous fucking tumour none the less.
