In all honesty I actually liked Sana a lot when she actually was having fun with something, that one solar system game stream was fucking amazing for example, people were starting to call her English Nene and that is about as high a compliment as I could think of. However it's hard to get into her when she either doesn't stream or just puts up very long walls of Pokemon when she does.
Long streams aren't necessarily bad but when it's like 8 hours of a repetitive game a lot of people are gonna look at that and go "mmm nah." Long streams where there is a measured sense of progress work out - this, this is why Korone's method works so fucking well. She'll play an old game and intend to go through the entire thing in one sitting if possible even if it takes 12 hours or two 12 hour sessions etc. If you skip ahead 6 hours it isn't literally the same thing as the 3 hour mark. Sure there might have been nice zatsu or moments in those 6 hours of sameness but I mean, how are we the audience supposed to be cued into that? How many people are gonna watch a 10 hour vod and wait at random to bump into those couple nice moments in the stream, vs if it was 2 hours? The natural human attention span for media seems to be about 3 hours really, if it wasn't then movies would be 10 hours long etc.
Yes this post turned into a tl;dr critique of sanners but I just wanna communicate out to the void yes what she's doing is annoying and kinda sucks and yes I hate these long breaks but I do want her to succeed and I'm not disliking her direction out of malice.
