Fact: there ARE female vtuber who won't have sex off-stream out of respect for their fans
Fact: none of them are western women culturally
Fact: those women can do anything westernized women can(anyone can do bawdy & churlish), BUT the reverse isn't true because westernized women can't do "cringe"

Conclusion: non-westernized women can literally do more things, and variety factors into streams quality. Non-westernized female vtubers are better more versatile streams. Western women all have limiters and there's no sign of even one who turned theirs off so it's probably permanent.
