Like a full quarter of Japanese women 20-40 are virgin at least if their own reporting is to be believed, it's very very different and they really are more polite and innocent generally in many ways. Not only did Miyazaki observe this but IIRC the first thing MacArthur said about Japan during the post-WWII occupation was "treat them all like children."
So, no surprise that their talent pool is much more able to easily reach believable levels of purity, combined with the ikigai type work ethic aka you live to perfect your work, = you will get really really really uber strong streamers like Fubuki or Miko who fit this kind of work like a fucking glove probably at 100x the rate you'll find these in the West.
