In Japan, for a couple of months she streams on a single monitor, gaming stream look through OBS. Right before Hololive 2nd Fes, she bought 2nd Monitor. Both monitors left in Japan...
After that Kiara use FullHD old VGA Monitor in Australia *wink*.
Kiara bought 4k Monitor she said on SC Reading 15 Mar 2021 as the primary display.
This current PC build by Tsukumo*(I assume heard she said that) also include an Avermedia PCIe capture card. Before that, she uses Algato to capture Switch video output.
I strongly believe she stream on OBS x264 CPU Encode, with at least 5000kbps. In her gaming stream especially at fast pace scene, the noise and drop of quality just too noticeable.
