For non-En I would say horsegirl, but she has to be designed in a way that doesn't look like an Uma Mousoume knockoff. I think it is a safe bet that just as for Myth, the new Holos will be western-themed. We already had a thread about EN2 with /his/ tourism and I think that's a viable option.
And if you find an unironic menhera, make a biblical angel out of her or something that's about as hamfisted and ostensibly seiso yet obviously deranged as that.
