As much as I prefer Nijisanji to Hololive, I do find it odd that HoloEN has made a point of hiring multiple people who actually live in Japan while NijiEN has not hired even a single one. It really makes you wonder if Nijisanji doesn't want its non-JP branches to touch its JP branch at all while Hololive is very open to that and has ambitions about all branches being able to interact with each other, bringing the world together in harmony.
