Okay. It was an act of 'repentance.' Believe she missed a stream or something, I forget what prompted it. But she most definitely was not fixing a nail. She apologized and calmly told fans she was going to rip off her pinky nail with a pair of pliers and a hammer, and eventually you hear the loud thunk of a hammer and loud scream as she suffered live on stream as people begged for her to stop. Eventually the begging turned into the opposite of fans egging her on as she cried and moaned in very convincing agony for several minutes.
But then it gets worse.
At least one of her fans couldn't stand the thought of her 'suffering alone' during the ordeal, and decided to also rip off all of his nails in a similar fashion. They took pictures of their bloody nail-less hands and feet and posted it to twitter. There exists video of the original stream that I'm sure someone could post even though the video has long been taken down from Youtube, but I don't have the link because I ain't keeping that crazy shit.
