Well in nijisanji nobody really believes any of the girls are single, or are virgins. In JP the girls openly talk about their sex life, or in one case are openly married. The EN's have been a bit more conservative about it. I'm glad they keep all that stuff private, it's good common courtesy. People would certainly be disappointed if they learned someone had a boyfriend, but they wouldn't be particularly surprised. The girls are marketing themselves as streamers rather than idols.
