that's what they used haachama for, now people think it was haachama who made the whole thing resurface
1- to not bother other holo members they had haachama reply to the tweet, this alone reassured most people that nothing bad is happening to rushia since it reminded them that rushia lives close to coco, and with haachama involved that made people thing that rushia is in good hands
2- the rap and hashtag thing was obviously on purpose, if anyone of (you) fags unironically think that haachama doesn't know the difference between russia and rushia then you're retarded beyond belief, effectively deflating the situation and with her deleting it all this averted the attention to cover and haachama herself because now people are blaming cover and forgetting about rushia and it's much easier to deal with "cover and hololive are black companies that censor things" claims, especially when it comes to haachama.
this alone helped cover to not put out an official statement which is what they were trying to avoid ever sine the whole thing happened because they don't want to acknowledge it for as long as they can, now you might think "but anon, this isn't the first time rushia has done this" and "anon, why did rushia tweet in the first place?" and the answers are fairly simple, it's true that rushia does it from time to time but this time it was very critical, because people were already concerned from the silence, this tweet made it known that rushia isn't suspended solidifying the narrative that she did nothing wrong and there's nothing fishy happening, as well as gauging out the situation, testing the waters and seeing how people will react but they still needed a sure way out of it once they do delete the tweet, and that was haachama because she's easily the most accessible jp to EOPs while also being able to deal with things like this because she's a yab veteran, I'd bet my nutsack that this wouldn't have worked if this wasn't done by haachama, because peopel KNOW how haachama is.
