It could go either way. The Sakura games are such shovelware trash they probably forgot the character exists. They sell for like $3 each, the devs probably figured they wouldn't lose any money having this random vtuber directing people to their product doing basically free promotion. If even one person sees her and decides to buy the game they probably made more money than they paid for the shitty asset-swapped art.
