Last Week Edition

Welcome to VShojo+! A thread to discuss VShojo, and any vtubers frequently associated with them.

If you'd like to know what's been happening in Mouse's subathon then check the pastebin for an ongoing breakdown. https://pastebin.com/FqDemPTM

Sundays are when VOD recommendations get dropped. Despite the looming presence of Mouse's subathon there were in fact other streams from this week! If you want some older recommendations check the previous OP for some from 2 weeks back, but it's time for what happened this week. If you're experiencing subathon fatigue and other live channels aren't doing it for you here's some more recommendations!

Froot - Just yesterday on the 12th Froot did a sponsored stream for Lost Judgment. While sponsorships are normally average affairs it becomes very clear very quickly that Froot adores this game, and she played for almost 6 hours. Whether it's getting distracted from the main story with minigames or fawning over a guy's cool orange shirt this was a very fun alternative to the subathon yesterday.
Zen - Most of Zen's streams from this last week are great. This is mostly thanks to a Twitch addon where chat can fuck with things in game and that makes the Minecraft and Dark Souls streams a great time. But the first few hours of Feb 8th's stream are probably the best. Though it eventually devolves into Apex it opens with Zen debuting about half a dozen new geckos rapid-fire, including an oddly-endearing TF2 Spy gecko with VShojo masks.
Mel - On Feb 9th Mel did another "Weird shit I found on Etsy" stream and it was a great time. Particularly because Haruka joined her for it. Though Haruka herself was barely conscious after a late night on Mouse's stream the two of them looking through some of the bizarre items you can buy on Etsy made for a fun time. These two are quickly establishing themselves as another great duo and we can only hope there's more of them together soon.
Hime - Hime streams may be a rarity but when she goes live everyone should find the time to tune in. COVID may have prevented her from celebrating her 1 year anniversary on time, but she did so on the 11th in a cornucopia of beautiful scuff. A new background was debuted as well, but for as fun as scuff was the highlight easily came when she pulled out a ukulele and began to sing original songs. There were some major Charlie Day vibes in how often she brought up violently murdering wood crawlers in those songs and this is a must-watch vod.
Mouse - Just look at the pastebin in the third line of this post. The subathon is ongoing and while there's plenty of dead time, there are several segments that are worth checking out. Too many to list here!

There you have it. Even more VOD recommendations! Check them out if Mouse's subathon isn't doing it for you. Or don't. Your time is your own, but if you're spending it here then keep things comfy and civil by ignoring bait, and being excellent to each other.
