truth be told, her apex streams are really weak, specially if they are collabs. she doesn't talk too much so if you are there to see Ahoge being charismatic and talking with her friends, you pretty much get dissapointed.

I have a theory. Ahoge probably did like some anons do when commisioning arts. Look for new artists that usually do cheaper commissions.
Company vtubers mostly have already some favourites they commision, with some being really good like keffiy (Watame, Kiara and Coco) and complete hacks like Umiushi (Gura and old Matsuri's model)

YT algorithm seems to like her in my experience. Whenever she's streaming she's at the top of my recs even though I follow a shit ton of vtubers. not complaining though, her streams have a nice atmosphere.
