I never said the spanish viewers are loyal, just that they watch when she panders to them and she enjoys having people to interact with for once. Look at her EN learning stream in that image, EOPs are so spoiled they don't bother tuning into her streams when they can watch thousands of other indies doing the same Duolingo grind.
It's not like spanish speakers are better, they just have less chuubas pandering to them and are therefore more likely to show up for the ones that do. Once this fad hits critical mass they'll all consolidate to watching Nene or whatever other Hololive does spanish duolingo streams and the indies will get fucked again and move on to Russian or German or Indonesian learning streams.
