Heel vtubers as a premise is not something that exists. Nobody watches people they don't like unless it's to watch people they like beat the crap out of them. How is that supposed to translate to vtubing?
It would have to be a scripted, heavy roleplay-focused story project. Like WWE storylines or if you're a zoomer you watch DreamSMP.

There are good examples of "heel" vtubers in this very thread. And anyways, good heels get their heat from bouncing off of the audience, and Gundou and Mea are two pretty good examples of that. Do you think they've lost subs by being caustic bitches? No, because in reality people love having something to hate. That's why heels exist in the first place.
