I've seen a lot of people say they dislike Pekora for "ghosting" other members and not collabing that much (this doesn't make me think less of her because we're all different), but it's pretty obvious that even if they rarely collab Marine and Pekora get along very well. Whenever they do collab they clearly have a lot of fun, not to mention it's always a gold mine of comedic moments and Marine laughing tons. I really love how Pekora makes Marine laugh so much.
That's why I think, even if Senchou's health isn't at its best right now, now would be the perfect time for that PekoMari off-collab. I think it would help her a lot emotionally.

Yeah, Pekora's kind of an odd one. She's introverted to the point of coming off as anti-social but that's just kind of the way she is. She's talked about how she likes to keep her relationships "not too close or too far" and prefers just having fun with people she likes over getting into "we'll be together forever!" attitudes. I always had the perception that Marine, despite her cheerful and carefree attitude, was the most emotional member of the 3rd generation and this incident basically confirms it.

Marine and co. might have been alluding to asking for punishment rather than termination along with whatever else they tried

I would guess if they could feel confident that Ru wouldn't engage in this kind of stuff again they might have gone for it too. Unfortunately I get the feeling they didn't trust her anymore.

no shit, they need to scan and comb every social media for potential leaks and send takedown notices 24/7 while simultaneously sending lawyer to contact everyone she ever contacted with trough discord over the ~3years
maybe relocate a good number of talents(this is the pain-in-the-arse part, because good apartments are rare in big cities), maybe some family members too in the mix

and the list goes on and on and on.

oh btw also all this while preparing for their biggest Live event in the company history
So yea I understand if someone wants to be mad at her...

Understandably so. We have no way of knowing and will never know what exactly was leaked but Korekore clearly had access to her work discord and confidential information, which is a massive breach of contract and NDA. There was no way they were going to keep someone as untrustworthy as her around, and any other company would have done the same.
Still a shame. I used to like Rushia but all of this is just...yeah.

Court can handle cases "behind closed doors" if there's a reason to protect either party's identity.
Mostly used in child molestation cases, where being accused would already ruin someone's reputation

Plus if you think about it FBK is like the antithesis of everything Rushia was, Rushia was selling the GFE very hard and FBK has always presented herself as a friend and entertainer first, FBK probably thought that pushing the GFE so hard was a bad idea to begin with.
