Both companies' management, presumably for petty reasons (NijiEN) and fear of bleeding viewers (HoloEN). There's also the CONFIRMED collab that was going to happen between Ollie/Selen but was suddenly "delayed" and there hasn't been any mention since.

Although keep in mind even if they did collab there's the issue of both companies having permissions for the same thing, and making sure you don't accidentally say or do something that is NG for the other company
