Consistently breaching NDA makes it hard for a business and Rushia being affiliated with Korekore and being who he is and having access to info puts them in a tough spot in future sponsorship negotiations. One of the top talents also suicide baiting on official twitter isn't a good look for sponsors either
I'm not sold on keeping Rushia would've been a smart decision. Holo isn't just about Rushia, there's like 50+ talents. There's going to be a lot of resentment.
Keeping her videos up opens them up for more legal shenanigans and jp outcry which is a big fucking deal. Why are you profiting off a talent that isn't around, etc etc It's why Coco's channel is demonetized. Rushia can claim income and dispute earnings any time she feels like which not worth the hassle. Keeping it up even demonetized when there's a lot of bad feelings isn't sensible either
It's also a little bit hard to keep things under the table when korekore has already streamed and it's public knowledge. Once that stream went up on the 12th of feb it was all over in terms of sweeping it under the rug
End of the day there's a lot of acrimony on both sides.
