Common speculation is that she was underage drinking on stream (drinking age in Japan being 20, so she could've still been over 18 when she applied). Not bad enough for the others to hate her or illegal enough for her to go to jail, but still something GYARI couldn't just accept happening on stream (just in case he got in trouble for it too).
