>>1920864Hana has double his avg. live with half the subs, although she gets less views. The better half of Niji ID does around ~150 avg, and the lower half around 80~100, while MAHA5's other 4 members excluding NANARIKA have 280, 211, 172, 139.
I'm not sure they're even starting on the same ground or doing the same content either, the majority of MAHA5's content seems to be either shorts, or edited videos rather than full streams. You could ask NijiID members to do more edited videos too I guess, even though it doesn't seem to help that much with live viewers, it certainly racks in the views and subs. You're also comparing with the largest group in ID streaming in ID basically.
The second part of not starting on the same ground is that they have much fewer members, and their main 2 had a much larger audience on debut, and especially Andi started out with a lot of covers carrying his channel. I'm not sure what you want management to do short of hiring editors to make edited videos instead of long streams. They could also promote more locally irl, it seems like MAHA5 definitely has more connections and NijiID seems to have an office in Jakarta.
