The easiest explanation is that Ame flew in, but that doesn't explain Mumei. Fauna may or not be Canadian, so I'm treating her as American for now (I don't know anything about her roommate).
So what are we thinking? Ina convinced her folks to let her traipse on down south while Kronii had to negotiate some form on transport and they met the other three in the US? Or did three of them haul ass all the way up north to meet them in Canada? Did they meet somewhere close to the border to even everything out? Washington? Michigan? Somewhere like North Dakota or Wyoming where the hotel rates are cheaper?
With Ame being the one who most likely organized the entire thing, the hotel room was most likely booked and paid for -if not fully, then mostly- by her. 100% they were not in Arizona.
Fauna also mentioned that two of them were probably more tired than the rest. The two in question immediately indicate the Canadians, if they were the ones to cross the border to meet the other three.
Any way you slice it, it's a hell of a thing to get any given five of HoloEn together. Props all the way around.
