The avatar comes from MAMETCHl on twitter, and was won in an auction last september, for "Kohauwu". There's no twitter profile, only deviantart and anime-planet.
All signs point to it having never been used. Because if someone can't find your shit while actively searching for it, you have negative SEO skills.
