Assuming you're EoP, start with hololive EN. Just watch one of their collabs (I'd suggest the Secret Neighbor stream or the Don't Starve Together stream, since that's them playing games together and most of their streams are going to be vidya.)
It won't give you a perfect impression of each girl, but it's a good place to start if you just want a basic idea of what they're all like.
Don't fall into the clipnigger pitfall.
