>>1917406Just wanted to put in my two cents about it, feel free to ignore.
>I feel like there is so little discussion that it's just drowned out by whatever shitposting is happeningIf you're talking about Ina streams specifically, that's a fair point to make. It's memed about how the threads are basically dead hours when she streams since not many are talking about her (which is kinda true, but there have obviously been a good amount of streams where that isn't the case). But, sticking to /wah/ won't help fix that problem. I try my best by posting about the stream and replying to others, almost on cooldown, but there's only so much one tako can do. Also,
I'm optimistic that with the janny emails being sent out, they'll crack down on the blatant shitposting and faggots.
>At this point, why not just stick to the split threads? At the end of the day, old habits desu. I, and maybe some other takos, have just been used to it. I've been posting in /hlgg/ since debut with takos and non-takos alike, and I'd like to continue to. I like the sense of camaraderie posting with all the other fanbases. If you don't feel that way, that's alright, you do you. But, it feels like takos are fragmented and there are less than usual compared to when >we were on /jp/.
But with sticking to the split thread, it creates this feedback loop of: not a lot of stream discussion in /hlgg/ -> so stick to /wah/. And because there's more sticking to /wah/ -> there's less discussion in /hlgg/. While others have stated their preference of not wanting to post in /hlgg/ (which is fine, again, you do you), I do wish more came to post /hlgg/, at least just for duration of Ina's stream. Today's stream is even a great chance to try it too. Lots of people are looking forward to Ina's MonHun.
To be clear, I don't have anything against split threads since I'm posting here, obviously. When Ina's not streaming, I like posting here about reps, talking about Ina, and how cute she is.
