They all are, dude. It's a business with huge amounts of money riding on how well you can sell your viewers the fantasy that Hololive is one big, happy family. In reality they all probably have their small groups of 2-3 people they're actually friends with and absolutely dread having to work with people from outside of their circle.

All relationships between Holos are just shallow, with some minor exceptions. They're not fake, they're just shallow to the point when management will just say to them "be silent" - Holos will just stay silent. Noone really cares about each other more than on a level of can hang out together. When there is trouble - noone will support noone, unless its' in their own interests.
