In fact, that's one of the reasons why EN Nijimales are so popular, that shameless pandering and complete openness to stuff like that and ship, lewd art, etc, made that branch an oasis for those who considered the JP fandom and adjacents too restrictive and rule-ridden.
>>19317540Branding matters, the Nijisanji brand is much, much stronger than the Holostars brand, the popularity and strenght of the Hololive brand doesn't benefit it in pretty much anything, and is pretty much an actual "debuff" to it at times.
There's a reason why Nijisanji is considered the best choice for male vtubers, aside from the fact that it's pretty much the only option aside from being an indie.
