interpersonal relationships amp the complexity and pressure up by a lot, what may seem simple to one person may be a monumental task to another
as someone with a childhood full of mental troubles it took me years to look anyone in the eyes, or to bathe myself regularly, or to interact with other people in any healthy way
overthinking and worrying can make you second-guess even the most basic things and you can rob yourself of the ability to function
idk there are an infinite number of ways for things to become difficult, i think the best thing is to be consistently accepting/non-judgemental, to avoid guilt trips or other negativity that can get stuck in someone's head and turn in to a reason to isolate
this feels like crowdsourced therapy right now but it's a dangerous game, hope everyone is doing well and taking care of themselves, maintaining boundaries etc not just for bear but for yourselves as well
