Upfront it's about self-inserting into the manager of a streamer, rather than the streamer herself so the person who should be unable to play it onstream is someone like the tranny. You can't control the streamer's behavior and you don't know that you are just her split personality so it's pretty hard to take her actions seriously since she is just the unrealistic game mechanic you have to manage.
