Okayu should go up to A tier on the merit of being similar to Korone with more emphasis on idol activities, tops the comfortability charts and is hilariously weird.
Fubuki automatically gets A tier for having several examples of viral content that lead to the burst and still being a consistent producer/leader.
Watame, Botan, Polka, Miko and Suisei should be moved up to B tier, each stands out in their content, puts in a shit ton of effort and is consistent and always positive and make a fair amount of collabs and live work.
Push everyone else into D tier for not standing out and keep C tier occupied with Ollie, Calli, Kiara, Mumei and Marine. These lot have at least left a footprint, but have something that holds them back (Apex, Mood Swings, voice, college and recent lack of streams)..
Rushia moved to B tier (good for close fans, but not standout for anyone else)
Choco moved to C tier (best ASMRtist along with Haachama, but has failed to breakthrough with her regular streams)
Ayame moved to C tier (held back by not streaming)
Matsuri moved to D tier (she doesn't stand out, at all)
