They're meant to really get permissions and deal with corpo stuff. So even if a manager wanted the chuuba to do something, what will they even do? Tell the chuuba to stream and then have said chuuba act like a spoiled child on stream? That's even worse than not streaming.
The managers are lazy, but the chuubas are just as lazy. So there's that.
HoloEN is filled with chuubas who think that getting into Hololive is it. It's the final step in the whole thing. They've hit it, and they've been rewarded by paypigs for it out the ass. Even after cuts and everything, I bet even Sana makes close to $5k per month just off superchats and memberships. Is it "I can retire!" amounts of money? Fuck no. But is it "Wow! I can enjoy my 20's to the fullest!" amounts of money? Hell yeah. Most people their age make around $20/hr if they have a decent enough job. At least $15/hr. To make the same, they would need to work between 250-330 hours per month OR 9-12 hours everyday for a full month.
There's no real issue other than their own work ethic. And can you fully blame them? Most, if not all, never actually worked a job.
