>>19461539>>19461616This. Her songs are easily forgettable. Not that it's Irys's fault, but it's more of Cover being incompetent in hiring better songwriters and composers. She needs challenging original songs where she could fleshes out her emotions and soul as a singer. Otherwise, her karaoke is pretty good. Take her cover of Snow Flower, One Last Kiss and Saudaji, and you could immediately tell she could balance between flat and sharp notes with ease. And she's pretty good at singing ballads and hard rock songs too. But overall, I have to agree some of her originals are bland in the sense that they failed in showing off her true potential as a singer, which Cover is partly to blame for.
