Really, the evidence could be a little bit better. Maybe overlapping two of the arts to show the similarities between the art easier, hmm? Also, in the first place, it should be the author deciding whether or not it is tracing, not some randoms who god knows be even able to draw art. People are hypocritical wanting to "seek justice", but at the same time disregarding the actual thoughts, wishes and judgement of the author.
Regardless of whether something is true, you just need enough people starts talking about it and thinks it's the truth. Its not like the person involved can just come out to say something entirely different, in fact it will even make it bigger of a situation.
