this does have a lot of quality of life stuff though
super-fast-encodes (deadline: 3x realtime) when you're messing around with crops and trims
automatically opens the result in mpv
when you finalise it re-encodes the original clip at really high quality, then does two-pass encoding automatically targeting whatever bitrate will give you a just-under-3mb video file
automatically uploads to multiple hosts, automatically urlencodes the links, and automatically renames and moves the file
this is more fun than doing my actual software job desu
