I've been in various discords for various communities and there is always a stifling feeling of "you can't say exactly-exactly what you think because she's there/her mods are there/you'd make a scene" etc. It's an obscene amount of off topic blogging, people socializing more of using the chuubas as landmarks to gather around than even fucking talk about the chuuba most of the time.
Maybe that's in part because you often aren't really allowed to go too detailed into any thoughts about the chuubas other than mindless positivity. Sometimes, they do perform well and merit being complemented, but it's not literally all the fucking time and that's what's unrealistic about those expectations. If everyone was always stellar A+ every chuuba would have a billion subs and a billion dollars by now from infinite growth stemming from their endless boundless success their fans tell them they're getting. Clearly the world doesn't actually work like that and you can see here why that is.
