Examples of those are the Kanata + Ayame + Marine one from early 2021, or one from just after the Gen 4 debut, when they had this big mix of pairs and trios singing across 7 or 8 holomem.
The other specific 2-person karaoke that stands out for me is the Coco Haachama Christmas Eve unarchived duet. It was the essence of "just screwing around and singing for fun at you best friend's house" karaoke mood.
