That doesn't happen to me often but when it does, I take it seriously. ALL you have to do is not leak company information to outsiders. That's literally all you have to do, keep your fucking mouth shut. That is impossible for a woman though. She had to tell her boyfriend and she had to have him on her business accounts and make it really obvious on her personal accounts that she frequently shares everything with him and a lot of people. And she couldn't just stop at yapping to close loved ones which probably would have been forgiven with a slap on the wrist, she had to go and send shit to drama youtubers and gossip about her co-workers.
She may not have actually done a lot of damage but she was definitely trying to and thought she was untouchable. It's good thing she got caught when she did, a bunch of actual scandals were averted by firing her ass right now.
