Despite the confusing wording, I'm pretty confident that whatever comes out of this in 6 months will either be called Holostars EN or something new entirely; it was uploaded onto the English Holostars channel, and calling them Hololive (as opposed to them just being under the greater Hololive umbrella) would open up awkward questions like if they'd be invited to mario kart, the summer/sports festivals, and other Hololive girls-only events, which Cover wants to avoid in order to not upset JP gachis. In practice they'll share some management (and Omega as producer) with the existing Hololive EN, though. What kind of applicants they're looking for, or who they will or won't collab with, is entirely speculative, and I won't be addressing those questions even if they're the ones that people /here/ are shitposting about the most.
