Bass tilting is a pretty well-documented phenomena where sounds get deeper the closer to the mic you are; you may have noticed the voice suddenly get deeper it if you ever heard someone bite their mic as a joke or how the voice gets breathy/deeper when ear-whispering in ASMR streams.
That seems to be corroborated with the fact her vtuber model lost tracking for such a long period (defaults to neutral position staring straight ahead), meaning she moved out of frame instead of sitting where she normally does relative to the mic. Probably leaned over or slid down in her chair, getting to close to the mic on the way.
