No way does Gura, who grew up on a farm, not know how to drive. Farm kids start drive farm equipment (which include beat up junker pickups that aren't normally taken on the road) at, like, 12.
Only one I might believe that doesn't have a license is Ina, and that's only because you can only live like that in a big metro city with half-decent public transport (which excludes almost every city in NA). And she probably still relies on getting her parents to drive her around for anything requiring punctuality.
