>>19597193>>19597240Hmm, I'm gonna try and play devil's advocate here for a bit.
1. Hololive recruits existing streamers who will assume a new identity and start doing different content than what they used to do in their old channels.
Nijisanji and Vshojo both adopt existing streamers without any visual representation and give them one, or adopt people that have an existing visual representation without changing it. So it just becomes "Kuzuha has joined Nijisanji" or "Snuffy has joined Vshojo" instead of a "new debut".
2. Hololive has hands-on management, and although they have some freedom in terms of content, the nature of being an "idol" and Youtube's own issues cause them to stay well the fuck away from certain types of content.
Both Nijisanji and Vshojo are VERY hands-off in their management, and talents are mostly free to do what they want (Lulu being a recent notable change), even touching topics that are forbidden in holo like JP politics and doing pants-on retarded shit like Noraneko does, and Vshojo obviously doing what Vshojo does best.
3. Hololive props up their smaller chuubas all the time, involving them in sponsorships with bigger chuubas and helping to get their name out there via official channel content.
Nijisanji and Vshojo do very little to prop up lower tier chuubas unless they themselves are interested in helping themselves, or some of the bigger talents are interested in helping them out.
4. Hololive is a full time job, while Nijisanji and Vshojo are mostly part time livers with only the biggest ones deciding to do it full time (i.e. not corpo enforced).
