Don't do personal shit on company time (aka streaming)
Week suspension no matter how trivial it is. That'll get through to them.
Tell them to make separate logins on their computers. They already get separate emails and such.
No badmouthing others in the industry, or partners.
No cross-talk from business / personal contacts from any accounts, strict boundaries.
This solves 99% of issues instantly.
The others being hacks / leaks of other nature outside of company time from retards being overly opinionated on Twitter as if people give a fuck about their opinions about [insert topic].
Never opine on anything. Nobody gives a shit. Just fuck up. Seriously. Shut the fuck up. All these people, they don't need to give opinions on things to exist in life. Just stop. Stop typing, fuck up, do things, just stop talking about stupid divisive shit that can get you in trouble, unless you want to fuck your own life up and deal with those consequences.
