>>19655985It's really not that big of a deal. Like while I don't say anything too bad, simple fact is I'm on my work account with coworkers and we are going to gossip and casually chat during the day.
It's better to have those type communications with coworkers in work chat than having it spread out into private discords and email even if it isn't directly work related.
And this is for multiple reasons.
1. People don't have their coworkers accounts/numbers and don't want to start pestering people for it. This is just basic watercooler talk.
2. Conversations like these can easily dip into corporate talk and projects. It's better to keep that in corporate chat than risk exposing it on a private personal chat.
3. It does keep staff in the know. Nothing said here was that bad it needed reprimand. But if Enna starts dropping N bombs on the regular staff knows that there's a problem and she needs a talking to.
