I think that duodecuplet pregnant bae should have her full term belly portrayed as being extremely tight, borderline utterly spherical and with very little extra fat on the rest of her body. I think that her skin should look like it was vacuum formed against her torso with a giant beach ball underneath. I want to see the exact and sharp angle from which the skin on her distorted ribcage changes contour to stretch across her comparatively massive belly. I think this pregnancy should be portrayed as almost debilitating to Bae, in fact it should be outright debilitating. I think she should be shown struggling with this pregnancy, not being able to see her feet, sit near the table to eat, or even stand up for extended periods of time. I think that her belly should be also be discolored, blushing red and completely covered in stretch marks, shiny and smooth after many repeated oilings. I would like to see her wince in pain with every kick (which are quite frequent) and I think that seeing her fall asleep and wake up in a puddle of her own breastmilk in a panic would be very cool because she wouldn't be able to quickly get up and clean it. The extreme cumbersome nature of her pregnancy would mean that even after she notices her mess, she would need to struggle getting up, finding her cleaning supplies, and bending over to clean everything. It would take many minutes most of which she would be aching and wincing and before she knows it there's another puddle of breastmilk cause she was so caught up in cleaning that she forgot to pump herself.
