It's almost impossible to fail with the sheer amount of attention you'll get from being a part of the company at this point,
though Sana is sure trying, but ID1 clearly has passion and tries to do things to build the brand instead of being carried by it considering they streamed for a long time back when it barely paid the bills. Cover has shown that they're capable of finding talented people who just need a spotlight, but that's no longer the problem they're facing since they have the pick of the litter. Now they need to pick the ones who would be doing it even if they were streaming to 20 people because it's their passion, and that's a much harder task. They seem to have done a good job with Gen5, since Triangle still streams even if it's not in Holo, and HoloX, but the branch hires during this time haven't been as solid.
