I think she is just roleplaying, and judging from her voice and way of speaking I dont think she had a real life man at all. She could very well just into NTR roleplaying and shit.
Regardless though she is pretty stupid for saying all that shit considering most people like vtubers because they are not the same as twitch whores. But honestly I dont think she would have had gone far as a indie vtuber anyway.
