Was the waiting room chat toxic? Has she been getting hate messages lately? Her dislike count doesn't seem high at all. Is she so fragile that she can't even handle some criticism?

It would seem to be that way, although at least it shows she is aware she may get criticized for ghosting her fans so long/often. Could be guilty conscience, could be needless pride. Proud of what, sinking Council's reputation? Way to go.
